Our website allows taxpayers to view delinquent property tax information for all municipalities in Wayne County at no cost to the user, by entering the Parcel ID Number or street address and city. Taxpayers may also pay delinquent real property taxes on this website.
Cannot find address ?
If you cannot find an address make sure that you entered it in correctly.
You can modify your search by entering less specific information. Here are some suggestions:
Enter the name of the street without the ending ‘Street’ or ‘Avenue’.
Enter the first three letters of the street name and all the streets starting with those letters will be searched.
Leave the street number blank or enter one or more digits of the street number. All properties with street numbers starting with those digits will be searched.
Leave the municipality field blank and all the municipalities will be searched.
If the correct Parcel ID was entered and nothing was found, our records have not been updated. For more information call the Treasurer's Office Tax Information Line at 313-224-5990.
How to enter a Parcel ID ?
Make sure that you entered the Parcel ID correctly.
For Detroit parcels, enter the number including a dash or period with NO spaces. Examples: 12345678. or 12345678-9 or 12345678.002L
For other communities, enter the number with NO spaces and NO dashes. Example: 98765432198765

Search by Property Address
Municipality: Optional - Select from the list.
Street Number: Optional - Enter the first 1 or more digits of the street number.
Street Name: Required - Enter the first 3 or more letters of the street name.
Search by Parcel ID
Enter a complete valid parcel ID.
For Detroit parcels , enter the number without spaces but with a dash or period if present. Example : 12345678. or 12345678-9 or 12345678.002L
For other communities , enter the number with no spaces or dashes. Example : 98765432198765
Tips
To expedite your search enter as much information as you know.
If your search is not successful you can modify your search by entering less specific information.
If you're not sure of the municipality, you can leave municipality blank and all municipalities will be searched.
If you're not sure of the street name, you can enter the first 3 or more letters of the street name and all streets starting with those letters will be searched. Entering the name of the street without the ending 'Street' or 'Avenue' will produce a wider search.
If you're not sure of the street number, you can leave street number blank and the entire street will be searched OR enter 1 or more digits of the street number and all properties with street numbers starting with those digits will be searched.
Note: If you don't find a particular parcel, the information you entered may be inaccurate OR the parcel is not in the Property Tax Listing.
